The interior demo/renovation projects started in 2020, but all the interior finishes completed b/n Sept 2021 to June 2022. BATHROOM was completely gutted down to the studs & floor joists, all new; mold-resistant drywall installed on the ceilings & walls, waterproofed Durock shower walls, tub, tile, vanity & cabinet, 3/4 plywood subfloor & the cast iron sewage pipe from the primarys toilet to the main sewer stack was replaced and the original copper plumbing lines changed over to PVC & PEX-A Cold Expansion lines. All the finishes & lighting in the bathroom are brand new, the bathroom has never been used & ready for the next owner! This property has several rare updates for the area: (1) Encompassing several months, all the original plastic/lathe ceilings on the 1st & 2nd floors were removed, the 1st floor was also renovated to an open floor plan by widening the opening from the living room to the dining and combining the dining room & kitchen. (3) All the original lead-based-painted baseboard/window/door trims were removed & replaced with all new trim package. (4) Brand new exterior doors for the front entryway & kitchen exterior door, plus all new interior doors/frames/closet doors/hardware. (5) The current water main service was replaced on 6/17/22, which comes with a 10-year warranty transferable to the new owner and all existing copper potable water lines were replaced with new PEX-A Cold Expansion lines & shutoff valves on 6/20/22 along with a new 40-gallon Bradford White water heater & new basement-bathroom toilet. (6) Additional wall electrical outlets were added to every room on the 1st & 2nd floors and all the electrical outlets/light switches/face plates are new. This property also features a professionally installed newer rubber roof on the main roof & porch roof and vinyl siding was added to the exterior back on the home to replace the asphalt siding.
