Home is being sold by the order of the Court of Chancery. Best and final bids are due on July 20th, 2022 at 11am. Showings will begin immediately and Public viewing will be available on July 20th, 2022 at 10am. The highest and best offer as of 11am on July 20th will be selected as the purchaser. A deposit of 10% of the final purchase price in form of cash or certified check is due to the trustee by 1pm on July 20th, 2022. Remainder of funds due in the form of cash or certified check to the trustee by 9:30am on August 16th, 2022 or the sale will be void and the 10% will be forfeited to the trustee.
